Refund policy

To exercise your right of withdrawal (cancellation or return), please submit a request through one of the following options based on your purchase method:

Once your request is received, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed.

Your return will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please return the item in the same condition in which you received it, with our tag still attached. You are free to examine the item as you would in a shop, and the tag does not prevent that. The tag is how we confirm that the item returned is the item we sent, and that it has not been worn or used. If the tag has been removed, or if the item shows handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce your refund to reflect the resulting loss in value. Return shipping is at your expense if you return the item for your own reason.

After 14 days of receipt, the return will be accepted only when:

1. Proved to be fake by the brand. The buyer must submit a written document by the brand. We will tell you how to get it. Any document by the third party will not be considered as a valid document.
2. The item has major damage not described.
