Refund policy

To exercise your right of withdrawal (cancellation or return), please submit a request through one of the following options based on your purchase method:

Once your request is received, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed.

Your return will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition with our tag on it. We put this tag to ensure that the item returned is not worn, or is not changed to a different bag. We will not accept the return if you remove our tag from the bag. Return shipping is at your expense if you return the item for your own reason.

After 14 days of receipt, the return will be accepted only when:

1. Proved to be fake by the brand. The buyer must submit a written document by the brand. We will tell you how to get it. Any document by the third party will not be considered as a valid document.
2. The item has major damage not described.
