Hannari Loyalty is our way of saying thank you. Every purchase earns you points, and every $1 you spend earns 4 points — that's 4% back. Collect points and redeem them for real discounts on your next one-of-a-kind find.
How it works
- Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled — there's nothing extra to sign up for.
- Earn 4 points for every $1 you spend, plus points for other activities like referring a friend.
- 100 points = $1 in reward value.
- Rewards start at 9,000 points ($90 off) — see the table below for every tier.
- Your point balance is shown in the account bar on every page once you're signed in.
- There's no limit to how many points you can earn.

How to redeem your points
Once you have at least 9,000 points, redeem them for a voucher — you'll receive a discount code beginning with LL- (for example, LL-1A2B3C4D). Enter this code at checkout and the discount will be applied automatically. If you're ever unsure whether your discount applied, just contact us and we'll check for you.

How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases (4 points per $1 spent). To see all the ways you can earn points, check your account rewards panel.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is shown in the account bar on every page once you're signed in.
How do I redeem my points?
From your account rewards panel, choose Redeem Points. You'll see all the rewards we offer — if you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can.
What do the "approved", "pending", and "cancelled" statuses mean?
- Approved — these points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending — these points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
- Cancelled — these points will not be added to your account. For example, this happens if you cancel a purchase (the points change from pending to cancelled).
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Please redeem your points for a voucher first, which can then be applied during checkout. You'll receive a coupon code beginning with LL- — enter this code when you check out and the discount will be applied. If you're unsure whether the discount applied, please feel free to contact us.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you, and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
